Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I offer both tracked (standard) and un-tracked (economy) shipping. If you choose economy shipping it is at your own risk, as your package will be completely out of my control once I ship it and I will be unable to provide any refund or replacement in the event of a missing order.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 10 business days. Many products are on a partial made-to-order basis, so this window allows for any final touches that need to be made to your items.

What sizes do you offer?

I keep sizes S-3XL in stock as standard, but if you want another size then just leave a note on your order or send me an email and I'll sort you out with the size you need.

Will I be charged customs fees?

If you live outside of the UK or EU then there is a chance you could be charged a customs fee.

Do you accept returns?

I don't accept returns. If your product is damaged then please send me an email at with pictures and a description of the issue so I can assess the situation. This could result in advice on how to repair the damage (for example jump rings used in jewellery are easily repaired with household pliers), sending the item back to myself to be repaired or a potential replacement.

I cannot guarantee refunds as I do all that I can to ensure that products are packaged safely for shipping.

My products are handmade and unique, therefore there is the possibility of minor inconsistencies, bumps and imperfections. I can't offer refunds or replacements for these such issues unless they pose a major issue with the quality of the item.

Cost of shipping in any cases of repair or replacement is provided by the customer.

How do I care for my items?

Any textile item (shirt, tote bag etc) ideally should be hand washed to protect the print. However, if machine washing then it's best to wash the item inside out on a low heat.

If the vinyl starts to lift from the fabric you should be able to repair it using a household iron on high heat with a tea towel/butcher paper in between.

For other items, treating them with care and wiping down with a wet wipe or wet tissue when dirty should ensure that they stay nice and pretty!

Can you make me a custom item/customize an existing item?

Short answer: Maybe.

Feel free to get in touch to inquire about custom items, if I feel able to meet your request and I have the availability then I'm happy to.

As for adjustments to existing items in the shop, if it's something such as changing the text or not including certain decals then usually I'm happy to do so. Changes that would take additional time would be classed as a full custom item and thus would need to be discussed as such and would likely cost more.
